This Steamers give to us some advantages, good reviews already proving the quality of this product, like this :
1. Beautiful cookware that does NOT stick!
I purchased this in addition to the 11 piece set of Bronze cookware for boiling spaghetti and potatoes especially. Looks beautiful on my black glass stovetop, sits level, and food does not stick.

2. Pot small, holes too big
I was looking forward to getting this pot so that I could avoid having to pour pasta from the pot to a colander. What I found though is that even though the pot is 7 quarts, it does not hold nearly that much water. You can only fill it to the fill line, which is about 2/3. If you fill it more than that, the water boils over through the space where the pot and insert meet. The water also leaks out when you carry the pot from the stove to the sink to drain. So unless you don't want to cook more than 1/2 pound of pasta, this pot is inadequate. Also, the holes in the insert are huge. The spaghetti falls through them and into the pot or out into the sink when you lift the insert.

The pot without the insert is fine and of good nonstick quality. But I already have the Anolon Advanced set, which includes an 8-quart stock pot; so I really didn't need to add a 7-quart pot. I only bought it for the pasta insert, which for the reasons mentioned above isn't worth the price, especially...
